A BETTER FEELING has a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our Return Center for a refund. If 14 days have gone by since the shipment delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Any return claim must be submitted within 7 days following the delivery of the product(s). The product(s) must be unused and sent in their original condition (packaging, card, etc.).
A BETTER FEELING reserves the right to reject any return request that does not adhere to the conditions of A BETTER FEELING’s Return Policy.

Orders to the EU that are canceled by the customer after being shipped will be charged a $40.00 return fee to the UK (imposed by couriers).
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and the refunded amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
You will receive a full refund minus a $20/€17/£15 shipping + handling cost.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please use a shipping method that provides you with both a tracking number and insurance. Note that we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
